I’ve never heard of dermatillomania, so watching this story about Angela was very interesting to me. She started picking her skin as a child and her condition has gotten worse over the years. She picks her face upper chest and legs. It’s become so bad she doesn’t even notice she doing it. This caused her to go years without dating anyone or getting close to others. In addition, she’s had awful infections. Over the course of the years she’s gone to therapy but it has not been successful. When she’s told to stop picking her anxiety gets worse.
