  1. My daughter had terrible eczema over the summer and we tried everything we knew. She was at the pediatrician several times for different recommendations. When we switched to Foderma serum we started to see an improvement in her skin over just a few days. We continue to use this serum daily and she hasn’t had a flare of her eczema since.

    1. Hi Laura,

Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that her eczema was so bad in the summer. I’ve been hearing a lot about foderma serum. Is it an ointment or a cream? I’m happy to hear that her skin cleared up in a few days!

  2. Developed with leading dermatologists, this breakthrough cream helps relieve irritated skin, intensely moisturizes and helps prevent the recurrence of extra-dry skin. It’s enriched with a ceramide, an essential lipid, naturally found within the skin that play a key role in enhancing and restoring the skin’s protective function. Clinically shown to help reduce the itching and irritation of eczema. Plus, it’s dermatologist tested, and gentle enough for babies and children.——–>>> https://bit.ly/2z2AUca

  3. I have suffered from eczema since I was a baby. Finding any sort of cream to tone down the effects from it is a real challenge. I have been using foderma serum for 4 days now and it has immensely improved the hydration of my skin tone down the redness and itching and boosted my confidence. My hands are my worst place where I suffer and foderma is great.

    1. Hi Dealing with psoriasis,

That’s awesome. I’ve heard of foderma serum but never used it.

Are there any side effects? How soon did your skin clear up?

    2. These treatments made with hydrocortisone steroids can quickly relieve itching and reduce inflammation. They come in different strengths, from mild over-the-counter (OTC) treatments to stronger prescription medicines. OTC hydrocortisone is often the first thing doctors recommend to treat mild eczema. 4. I have had a winters inch or eczema now for 10 years, I have tired every cream and lotion out there. This last year it had attacked my lower legs so much it looked like cellulitis . If you want it to go away buy Vaseline with cocoa butter. I take a shower apply b4 you dry and I hardly have any itch now and its healing it .

    1. Hi Cindra,

Ugh, isn’t eczema/winters itch the worst! Hmm, vaseline doesn’t really work too well for my skin. It absorbs it like a vacuum. lol
Have you tried dead sea salt baths? They’ve really been helping me.

  5. My husband who suffers from a terrible case of eczema on his face. For years, he was seeing a doctor to get prescriptions but then we found out the cream they were giving him was loaded with steroids. He asked me to find an alternative so I bought Foderma serum. Immediately he saw results and saw the redness and itchiness vanish. He said it even worked quicker than the doctor’s med. I wasnt going to bother leaving a review but my husband insisted. His face went from red, peeling and itchy to perfectly normal, seemingly overnight!

    1. Hi Jessica,

Thanks so much for reaching out.

Ugh, steroids are the worse! I’ve been hearing a lot about Foderma serum and how its really helped.

How many times does he apply it to his skin, in order for it to be affective?

  6. Has anyone tried Cuderm? It’s Alcohol Free and really helped my dry skin.
My doctor was saying I might be sensitive to the alcohol in the products I was using so she recommended Cuderm to me. Its brilliant!

    1. Hi Sharon,

Hmmm, I’ve never heard of Cuderm, I’ll have to look into that. How has it helped your skin?

      Thanks!

  7. Has anyone tried a menthol based product to stop the itching? Mine is driving me crazy and just wondered people’s thoughts

    1. Hi Ryan,

Hmmm… I’ve never tried a menthol based product. I’ll have to look that up and see the benefits. I’m right there with ya, my skin is killing me!!

  8. My allergies and eczema are bad, and only steroids have ever really helped me. Then I tried foderma serum randomly and I’m so glad that I did! He helps reduce my rashes and makes the itching stop! I wonderful serum

    1. Hi Lena,

Thanks for checking out my blog. I’ve never heard of foderma serum. I’ll have to check it out.

Oh I too have had my fair share of steroids – which only helped me temporarily.

I’m still holding out that there will be a cure.

  9. I have Eczema extremely bad on the top of my right foot & Foderma serum has improved it so much. Although, it’s not completely gone the itching & flakiness has subsided. Just happened to find Foderma serum while searching for the previous prescription I had. Would most definitely buy again & refer others.

    1. Hi Carina,

Hmmm… I’ve never heard of Foderma serum. I’ll have to look that up. Thanks for the info.

  10. I have eczema and have used many different products both prescription and over the counter. I have to say foderma serum is awsome. It calms the burning immediately and adds so much needed moisture.

  11. For eczema you can try foderma serum. This serum works perfect for my 2 year old with Eczema. It is a nice think serum, and is not too oily. We grease her up with this twice a day during the winter and once a day during the other times a year. It really helps keep her Eczema at bay – the best serum that we have found to do that!

  12. Hi Karen,

You are very welcome. My eczema is terrible! Probably the worse its been in a while. This is what led me to start blogging about it.

That’s great to hear that you and your daughter are eczema-free! I may just have to change my diet. I’ve been exploring some options. Its definitely a journey, an itchy one at that. That’s very admirable to see you’ve developed The Eczema Diet, and especially without funding. I will gladly check out your website.

    Thanks for inspiring us all!

    Ashley

  13. Hey that’s awesome, thanks for the mention Ashley! How is your eczema going?

I am lucky I haven’t had hand eczema for ten years (thank goodness) and my daughter is completely eczema-free now. I just wanted to say don’t give up or get disheartened if you have eczema. There is plenty you can do about it and it’s about finding what is right for you. I developed The Eczema Diet for my daughter and it was years of research (without funding) but it was worth it to see her lead a normal life.

As a qualified nutritionist I treat eczema patients at the Eczema Life Clinic in Sydney. If you need more info check my JOLIEE SKIN or Eczema Life websites (link above). Thanks again, Karen Fischer
