You are what you eat or drink

We all love eating and drinking things that are bad for us, but too much of a good thing can have horrible side effects on our bodies. When in doubt, moderation bails you out! So here are a few things that could be affecting your skin. 

Culprit – WINE

Wine = Sugar, and lots of it!

Too much wine – may cause stained teeth, fine lines, blemishes, dehydrated skin, reddish skin tone, digestion issues.

Culprit – Dairy

You don’t have to be lactose intolerant to have issues with dairy. Too much and it can compromise your complexion. Under eye bags, acne, blemishes, swollen eyelids, digestion and inflammation issues.

Culprit – SUGAR

The mack daddy of horribleness! Sugar really is the devil. It just wreaks havoc on every fiber of your overall health. It causes, weight gain, lines, wrinkles, sagging eyes, blemishes, thinning of the skin, gray hue complexion. Really think twice about eating that cupcake. You’ve been warned!!

Culprit – Gluten

While you don’t have to be gluten free, it should be something that you monitor. For the sake of your health. It can cause puffy cheeks, a bloated look, blemishes and of course really take a toll on your body if you have celiacs or an autoimmune disorder.
