This app was first introduced to me by my really good friend. We discussed my anxiety throughout this life-changing pandemic, and she suggested I download Sanvello. I LOVE IT!!! The app design is so gorgeous and soothing, they did an excellent job with the graphic designs.
I’ve officially made this my go-to app for the mood tracking, meditation, and community group. If you’re looking for something to help manage stress, I recommend you add this app to your phone as well.
What I truly love is the community aspect. There are so many community categories to talk about how you’re feeling. From book recommendations, to work stress, and even gratitude ideas being exchanged.
