Saint Haven – Nontoxic Eczema-Friendly Clothing

Inspired by her two daughters skin sensitivity, Jacqueline Sacks (wife of David Sacks COO of Paypal) decided to take matters into her own hands. After watching her oldest daughter suffer from severe eczema and seeing her second daughter uncomfortable in clothing with tags, it was officially the last straw. She knew she had to figure out a solution.

She searched the marketplace for the softest fabric, that would have limited seams. Clothing that was versatile for children and adults produced in ethical and sustainable factories. Clothing that allowed children to explore and play rather than focusing on their discomfort.

That’s when Saint Haven was born, a direct-to-consumer clothing line. Saint Haven’s clothing line ranges from tops to bottoms and sleepwear. The fabric is made from the pulp of beech trees which allows it to have moisture-wicking properties. It’s hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and durable for multiple washes.

Pulling from all her sources Sacks consulted manufacturers, friends, and luxury boutiques to create this line which took two years and 19 prototypes.

This neutral colored clothing line was intended to transition throughout the day and night. Additionally, she’s debuting a bedding line in an upcoming collection.
