Heather Dubrow from the Real Housewives of Orange County and Dr. Terry Dubrow from RHOC and Botched host a podcast that focuses on health, wellness, and beauty.
In this latest episode, they have a caller named Jessica from Rhode Island who suffers from psoriasis. Jessica mentions her father suffers from psoriasis, how it’s genetic and what she’s done so far to treat it. In addition to her psoriasis, she also has arthritis. She’s tried light therapy, topical steroids and is now taking Humira. One of the side effects she’s encountered is hair loss.
Jessica wants to know if she’s taking the right steps in treatment and what she can do to treat her hair loss. Her second question is if her two younger children will be diagnosed with psoriasis when they’re older.
