Since Memorial Day weekend just passed, here on the East Coast, that officially means summer – regardless of the actual date. With weekend getaways, Summer homes, vacations, travel etc., many of us never really know which vitamins to pack. Sure we’ll bring our multi-vitamins, but sometimes that isn’t enough. Especially if you’re constantly on the go. After reading this Bustle article about the 9 Best Vitamins I thought it was essentially a great list, that I will be following come next vacation (4th of July weekend for me).
