5 Delicious Apple Cider Vinegar Drinks Beneficial to Gut Health

Apple cider vinegar is very beneficial to your health. Some advantages of drinking it include: providing enzymes, calming inflammation, improving digestion and lowering cholesterol. One of the reasons I personally take a tablespoon a day is for gut health. ACV provides good bacteria to our guts, something that those with eczema struggle with.

While shopping at a health food store, I noticed that all the drinks with ACV were EXPENSIVE! There was no doubt that the prices were a few dollars hirer than the other drinks without it. Due to this, I realized its best to buy a bottle of ACV and compile a DIY list of ACV infused drinks.

Here are some of the best recipes I’ve found –

Lemon Berry ACV
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of fresh or frozen berries
1 tbsp of lemon juice
water (doesn’t list an amount, so eyeball it)
ice (optional)
1 tbsp of AVC (or more depending on how much you like)

ACV Morning Detox Tea
