Instead of going a fad diet, a juice cleanse, or a exercising like a maniac. Drink water. Its the best solution for your body. Crazy concept I know, but its the truth!

  1. Spice up your life! Add some fruit to your water.
  2. After using the bathroom, drink a glass.
  3. Drink water before you eat
  4. Always forgetting to drink water? Use an app to keep track like Daily Water Free
  5. A little bizarre but you can purchase a high tech water bottle such as the hydrate me smart bottle ($60) and sync it to your phone.
  6. Love lemonade and juice? Dilute it with ice cubes or add a larger water potion and cut back on the sugar.
  7. Water Filters are a must if your going to use tap water.
  8. No SODA. If you want something carbon drink sparkling water or mineral water.
  9. My favorite one – eat foods with a high concentration of water. Think – cucumbers, zucchini, watermelon etc.
  10. Night out on the town with friends? Do a one-to-one ratio. For every drink, compliment it with a glass of water.
  11. Purchase a water bottle that already has the markings of time and ounces
